Getting 'Back to Basics'

Food is amazing, until you can't zip your pants! Stepping on the scale and seeing an almost 30 pound increase was overwhelming, something had to be done FAST! With the holiday's right around the corner I needed to do some 

MAJOR DAMAGE CONTROL! 

So I decided to start a 60 day challenge! It started with juicing, After completing 20 days, I lost a total of 19 pounds and gained a new mind-set! Knowing that gallon of juice is all I could have all day...no matter what mom made, or how good that fried chicken smelled... I had what I needed, and that completely reset my thinking. I love foodI think about it all day every day! While eating breakfast, I'm thinking of what sounds good for lunch, and it's a never ending addictive cycle of just eating really good food. In order to break the cycle I had to break the habit. 

Once my podcast went up and the blog was posted on the website, we had a minor setback and I had to stop juicing. So, for about a week I ate everything I wanted, gaining back 9 pounds! I knew I was 

self-sabotaging, 

and I had to finish my challenge! Determined to crush the goal I set for myself, I reached out to Macro Coach & 1st place WINNER at the IRON HOUSE CLASSIC '18,  Aleks Moran.

  

Based on my in-body results, Aleks formed a work out regiment and a meal plan for the week completely tailored to my body and what I wanted to eat.

I WAS SHOOK

"You mean to tell me I can eat the things I want WITH OUT breaking my diet?! Seriously? I've been doing this wrong the whole time!"
