Bodybuilder Shows She Gets Bloat Too... And She Gets It Really Bad

 

When you think of a bodybuilder's physique, you probably only think of tight muscles and never factor in the gas they get, but Michelle Middleton is reminding people that bodybuilders get bloated too. 

In photos she shared with her 100,000 Instagram followers, Michelle revealed how big her belly gets after eating foods like "yogurts, protein powders, apples, pears, watermelon, broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus." 

 

Middleton also gave some pointers on how to avoid bloat, like drinking water, working out and avoiding foods that cause it.
