Orlando Bloom jokingly introduced the world to his "emotional support animal" amid rumors he and fiancé Katy Perry called off their engagement.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor appeared on the June 10 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and brought along his puppy, Biggie Smalls.
"He's a real emotional support animal because I am very emotional right now," the star quipped as he lifted the dog for the audience to see.
A source recently told US Weekly that Bloom and Perry have been spending some time apart amid a rumored "rough patch."
"They have been spending more and more time apart. They’ve grown apart and aren’t living the same lives anymore." Someone from the pair's inner circle told the outlet that they've been "having issues for a while now."
"It’s an unspoken thing that they are having issues and have for a while now. Everyone around them knows."
The Lord of the Rings standout and the "California Gurls" hitmaker met during a Golden Globes afterparty in 2016. According to People, they made their relationship "Instagram official" that same year and broke up in 2017. They reignited their spark in 2018, got engaged in 2019, and welcomed their four-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, in 2020.
Neither Bloom nor Perry have addressed the rumors surrounding their alleged split as speculation spreads.
