Do you live in the best and coolest small town in all of Texas?
While Texas boasts an array of amazing communities, there is one location that clearly stands out above the rest. Be it an abundance of museums and cultural attractions, or natural charm that exudes from every sidewalk crack, cafe, and town center, something about this spot sets it apart from all others in the state.
So, if you're looking for a place to book your next weekend trip with family or friends, look no further than this marvelous destination.
According to a list compiled by Far & Wide, the coolest small town in Texas is Marfa. Marfa was incorporated in the early 1800s and is home to 1,750 people.
Per the town's official visitor website:
"The list of places to stay in Marfa is equally as fashionable as the town itself. At the end of long days hiking the Texas mountains, touring art galleries, and splitting pitchers of sangria and platters of chile Rellenos to the backdrop of live music, you’ll want a comfortable place to lay your head. Take your pick from a long roster of vacation rentals, RV parks, campgrounds, and hotels in Marfa that fit all budgets and thread count standards."
