Meghan Markle Is 'So Happy' With The Outcome Of All The Royal Drama

The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Attend WellChild Awards

Meghan Markle is truly living her best life.

Following a month of absolute chaos for the House of Windsor, Meghan and Prince Harry were granted permission to step down as full time working members of the royal family. Not only were they able to basically quit being royals, Queen Elizabeth allowed the Sussexes to move to Canada with their 8-month-old son Archie. Though Harry expressed "great sadness" over his parting of the ways with the royal life he's known since birth, a source claims Meghan couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Meghan and Archie have been in Canada the past few weeks while Harry remained in London to sort out all the royal drama with Queen Elizabeth, Prince William and Prince Charles. On Tuesday (January 21), Harry touched down in Vancouver to be reunited with his wife and son. Now that their little family is reunited, a source told Us Weekly that Meghan and Harry are "so happy." Despite his mixed emotions about departing his full time royal duties, Harry is "really excited about the next chapter in their lives.”

Another source also added that Meghan is excited to teach Harry about "the real world" outside of royal life. “She doesn’t come from millions,” the insider added. “She’s worked hard to get to where she is today.”

Meghan wasted no time getting back to work, either, now that she and Harry are free to make their own income. The former Suits star already signed a deal with Disney to complete voiceover work for them. “Meghan loves the idea of being the breadwinner,” the insider continued. “She has no plans to do another show like Suits, but Harry’s been encouraging her to do more voice-over work, writing, producing and directing in her free time.”

A lot is still up in the air for Harry and Meghan's future. We'll just have to wait and see what these two do next.
