*NEW* Coffee Break Ep.2: Feel Some Type of Way

"I pay no attention whatever to anybody's praise or blame. I simply follow my own feelings."

-Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

In Ep.2: Feel Some Type of Way, Karla and I discuss chapters 1 & 2 of my favorite book "Live Your Best Life"! Sometimes it's easy to let a situation set the tone for your day. For example, having a fight at home or a disagreement at work, maybe an underlying insecurity can resurface on social media and it leaves you with this ugly feeling just looming over you throughout the day.

STOP!

It's time to break the cycle!

Instead of letting life dictate how you feel, take control and CHOOSE to feel good, happy, blessed, or however you please today. Take control of each day, of each situation life throws at you by choosing how you feel about it.

Choosing your feelings is a day to day routine but choosing your thoughts, will set the tone for your future!

"Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results."

-Willie Nelson

Changing your thoughts may seem impossible, but you'd be surprised how easy it is to manifest positive vibes into your life, all you need to do is speak it into existence. In this chapter, the author has you ask yourself these two questions:

What is one thought I have that's causing me the most harm?

What is the positive version of this thought?

This becomes your daily affirmation! Say it out loud, speak it into existence, and watch your life change!
