I read this amazing book by Karla Cauldwell called "Live Your Best Life" and the first part alone, totally changed the way I think! This portion of the book is about taking complete responsibility and the 5 parts in doing so.

  1. Choosing your Feelings
  2. Choosing your thoughts
  3. Choosing your friends
  4. Taking responsibility of your words
  5. Taking responsibility of your decisions & accepting your mission!

In this series we'll discuss all 5 parts, work on identifying the root of the problem and effectively working through it together! I encourage you to get a journal and join us on this journey to living our best lives!
